If you have booked a student room, you will stay on the Lille1 campus, next to MACC's conference center. The name of the student residence is the Bachelard residence.
Please note that no towels, soaps or shower gel are available in the rooms. You should therefore take your own bathroom linen with you!
To get the key of your room, you must register at the conference desk. On Monday, this means that you must register during the welcome reception, between 18:00 and 20:30. On the other days, the opening hours of the registration desk are indicated here.
If you arrive at the conference at lunch time, when the registration desk is closed, please wait until it opens. If you arrive in the evening or in the night, after the last opening period of the registration desk, please contact us urgently and look at the instructions below.
The rooms must be vacated, and the key returned to the registration desk, at 9:30 on Friday. If you plan to leave Lille earlier, please contact us.
If you plan to arrive in the evening or in the night, when the registration desk is closed, please contact us urgently, as we have to give your key to the residence. You will have to pick up the key of your room either at the Bachelard residence reception, or directly to the night watchman (depending on the time, see below). In case of last minute problem, you can contact us on the emergency number +33(0)622802883, during opening hours of the desk.
