Partner and exhibition opportunities at EGAS

Welcome to Lille

We invite you to participate to EGAS 46 congress to be held from 1 to 4 July 2014 in Lille France. About 250 researchers and students from across Europe, working in atomic physics, are expected for this 4-day meeting. Exhibitors will be offered space in the hall where coffee breaks will take place. The following sponsor categories and benefits are offered:

Exhibitor - 750 €

Includes:

• About 6 msq space with a table, electricity and WiFi access, during 3 days (Tuesday, Wednesday morning and Thursday)
• Registration of one representative to the conference (coffee breaks, lunches and conference material)
• Your Logo on the web page of the conference

Extra options:

• a small object (e.g. pen with ad) in the participants wallet - you must send us the object. Price: 150 €.
• one color page in the conference booklet - you send us the page in pdf format. Price : 200 €.

Sponsor

If you cannot come, we propose to you to become a sponsor. In such a case, there will be no stand (except for a poster : mini-stand) nor any representative (except if you register independently to the conference). The options proposed to sponsors are detailed in the list below. You can choose one or more options. If you choose two (or more) options, you will benefit of a 50€ reduction on the price of the second (and subsequent) item.

• Logo (with link) on the web page: 200 €
• Small object in the wallet (pen, etc…): 200 €
• A4 document (<= 2 pages) or CD in the wallet: 200 €
• A4 document (> 2 pages stapled or in a folder) in the wallet: 300 €
• Mini-stand** (poster presenting your company): 200 €
• Page in the booklet of the conference (A5 colour***) 250 €

*You will have to send to us the small objects or documents that should be put in the participants wallet

**The Mini-stand is a space in the exhibition hall where we shall hang a poster (that you have to send to us) presenting your company

***You'll have to send to us the page in pdf file.
