Instructions for talks and posters
The duration of contributed talks is 15 minutes, including the questions. Recommended duration is 12 minutes for the talk, and 3 minutes for questions.
Every lecture room will be equipped with a computer, multimedia projector and a laser pointer. The computers will be able to read and display presentation materials prepared in pdf, .ppt, pptx and .odp format. Presenters should bring their presentations on a USB memory stick to the lecture room.
Poster size must be no more than vertical A0 format (height x width: 120 x 84 cm). Materials for hanging posters will be provided.
