Conference fees

Registration fees include attendance to the conference, conference materials, coffee breaks, wine and cheese reception, lunches for the 3, 4 and 5 of July, and the conference dinner. The lunch for July 2 is not included in the fee. However, it will be possible to buy, at the conference front desk, a ticket for the restaurant.

¹For PhLAM researchers, the fee will be paid directly by the laboratory. It does not include neither the lunches nor the conference dinner.

Registration procedure

For administrative reasons, you have to use a CNRS software to register. This software requires a two-step registration:

First step:	you pre-register here. You will have to fill fields concerning (i) yourself, and (ii) your institution. In this second part, except if you work in a french laboratory, indicate as contact name, phone and email, your own name, phone and email. If you are working in a French laboratory, please see the instructions below.
Second step:	once pre-registered, you will receive an email with the link to finish your registration and pay. In this step, we ask you to precise which meals you will effectively eat. The lunches and conference dinner are include in the conference fee: we ask you these questions for organization only. Finally, note that contrary to what is suggested in the registration form, no dietary meals will be proposed.

For French Laboratories only: paiement par bon de commande

Si vous travaillez dans un laboratoire de recherche français, vous avez la possibilité de demander à votre institution de payer les frais d'inscription par bon de commande au CNRS. Dans ce cas, lors de la procédure d'inscription, remplissez les champs concernant votre institution en donnant les coordonnées de contact de la personne qui enverra le bon de commande (par exemple la secrétaire du laboratoire) afin qu'elle puisse être contactée en cas de problème. N'oubliez pas que votre inscription ne sera prise en compte qu'un fois le paiement effectué!

À noter également: les règles comptables du CNRS interdisent d'utiliser une carte de crédit du CNRS pour régler les frais d'inscription à cette conférence.
